BQS Power

BQS Power is a registered exempt electricity seller operating embedded networks at residential and commercial properties in Queensland. We supply electricity to tenants at our managed properties using on-site solar generation and grid connection.

BQS Power holds retail and network exemptions issued by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) and is a member of the Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland (EWOQ).

Your Rights

As a customer of an embedded network, you have rights protected under the National Energy Customer Framework (NECF) and AER exemption conditions. These include:

• The right to be charged no more than the relevant standing offer price
• The right to receive a proper electricity bill at least quarterly
• The right to access our customer hardship policy (residential customers)
• The right to raise a complaint or dispute with EWOQ (residential customers)
